Venue Magazines has both the resources and experience to design the best marketing materials. In a sense, we takeover the duties of a marketing department and through high end presentation, rich text, and professional photography, we design and publish for you a high quality wedding magazine to spotlight your venue.
The best part is that these magazines are at no cost to your venue... they are free!

No Cost Venue Magazines
We provide 1,000 magazines to you at no cost. With the participation of at least fifteen of your preferred vendors, you will receive your Venue Magazines for FREE! Your magazine will include 32 pages with at least 24 pages dedicated to photos and information about your venue. We will partner with your preferred vendors and they will have the opportunity to advertise in your Venue Magazine. All ads will be placed in the back of your magazine in a clean layout where your couples can find all of their offerings and contact information.

Step 1: Storyboard
Our publishing team will meet with you and any key members of your staff. We must understand your business model, target demographic, and what your goals are in order to create a Venue Magazine that reflects your needs. During this meeting, you will be able to choose your magazine size and layout from many different styles and options. We will storyboard with you and create a basic layout for your magazine. We encourage you to be part of this process and welcome every idea. We will also need a list of your recommended vendors and we will provide you with an email to send them, introducing Venue Magazines, and making them aware of the process. (Gallery)

Step 2: Magazine Design
Your magazine will be assigned to a member of our design team. While working closely with the publishing team and storyboard, our designer will use any photos and copy that you provide to best tell the story of your venue. We are only too happy to help with the creation of any verbage that is missing and our professional photographers are available to capture any aspects of your venue that do not have photos. In this step, your magazine will be designed and the first draft will be generated. (Gallery)

Step 3: Vendors
We will coordinate the participation of your vendors. We will contact each company on the provided list and work closely with them to help choose the ad size that is right for their business. Our team is always available to assist with ad ideas and we offer design services for companies that do not have the ability to design their own ad. (Gallery)

Step 4: Proofing
Once your magazine is designed we will begin the proofing process. Your first draft will be posted in a private online gallery. Any requested changes must be emailed to us. Once you have confirmed that the first draft has no more changes, our design team will make the changes and post the next draft. Each subsequent draft will go through this same process until there are no more changes. Once the final draft is approved, we print full size and full color sample pages. These sample pages will be delivered to you and each page must be signed approved prior to your Venue Magazine going to print. (Gallery)

Step 5: Printing
Your magazine will go to print and the online version will be activated. Once the printing process is completed, we will deliver your magazines to your venue. Each participating vendor will be mailed a copy of your magazine along with a thank you note on behalf of your venue. From concept to delivery, your "Venue Magazine" will professionally showcase your business and will be used by your clients as a reminder of what your facility has to offer. (Gallery)
